Quilts to Share is a program by Friendship Quilters that provides lap-sized quilts for patients at Cedar Valley Hospice and baby quilts for newborns at Waverly Municipal Hospital.
Supplies for quilts are provided by guild members and other generous donations, often by quilt recipients. Baby quilts are provided to newborns at Waverly Municipal Hospital and lap quilts are provided to registrants of Cedar Valley Hospice.
We welcome donations of clean 100% cotton fabric of any print or color, as well as thread, batting, or monetary donations to be applied towards these or other supplies (such as basting pins or labels).

For the past two years we have generated many of our hospice quilts through the Super Sew held in October. In October 2004 88 quilt tops were made in 6 hours at Super Sew! Way to go ladies!
Help is welcome! The first Friday of every month we have a sewing day at Redeemer Lutheran church. Bring your own project to work on or help out with our charity quilts!
